Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our market presence. Responsible for expanding the network of clients and partners in the U.S. market. Directly develop market outreach strategies, design “tailor-made” product packages for each partner, and manage the entire sales cycle (End-to-End) – from initial outreach through project completion and post-sales support.

Duties

  • Business Development and Client Expansion:
  • Identify and develop corporate clients, brands, and strategic partners for the Company’s event and concert projects.

Developing Customer Profiles and Market Approach Strategies:

  • Conduct market research and develop customer profiles for each project or event format.
  • Analyze clients’ marketing and communication needs to propose suitable collaboration solutions.
  • Identify target customer segments and develop effective market approach strategies.

Designing Product Packages and Partnership Solutions:

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to develop sponsorship packages, brand partnership packages, or event service packages.
  • Customize solutions based on each client’s communication, marketing, and branding objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and project pitching materials.

Managing and Closing Business Contracts:

  • Negotiate partnership terms, budgets, and brand entitlements.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead → proposal → negotiation → contract signing.
  • Ensure the achievement of the project’s revenue targets.

Project Coordination and Implementation:

  • Act as the liaison between clients and the project management/event production teams.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that all commitments made to clients are delivered according to plan.
  • Monitor project progress and support the resolution of client-related issues that may arise.

Performance Management and Client Relationship Development:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of partnership projects and report the results to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or long-term partnerships for subsequent projects.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Carry out assignments as directed by the line supervisor.
  • Perform tasks that are aligned with the purpose and objectives of the role.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential clients across various industries such as FMCG, banking, technology, lifestyle, and entertainment.
  • Proactively approach, meet, and build relationships with client decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Degree: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.

Key Skills

  • Business Development: Proven ability to identify new clients, negotiate, and close contracts with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Solution Design: Expertise in analyzing client needs and designing creative sponsorship/brand partnership proposals.
  • Project Coordination: Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, operations) and understand event execution processes.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills, especially with senior-level management.

Other Requirements

  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Professional-level English; understanding Vietnamese working culture is a strong advantage.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development, Sales/Partnership, or Sponsorship (preferably in Entertainment, Media, or Live Events).
